TAKE IN THE CHARM OF DOWNTOWN
Take a stroll through downtown Jackson and take in all the holiday decorations and lights. Town square lighting takes place Friday, November 27, 2020 from 5:00-7:00pm and then stays lit through the winter season. Town square is lite with thousands of sparkling lights and you can ice skate beneath them. Also, the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present Santa on the Square each evening from 5:00-7:00pm beginning Saturday, December 14 and running through Monday, December 24.
Be sure to stay local and do some holiday shopping at some of our amazing shops then enjoy our food scene (even if its take out you are most comfortable with).
FESTIVE FAMILY ACTIVITIES AT JACKSON HOLE MOUNTAIN RESORT
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort hosts a plethora of family activities during the holidays from cookie decorating to skiing with Santa. Be sure not to miss the big moment when Santa drops out of the tram on Tuesday, December, 24th at 4:30 p.m. On December 25th, little ones can ski with Santa from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. near Teewinot and Bridger Gondola. MORE ACTIVITIES FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT
Enjoy a cozy, horse-drawn sleigh ride through the National Elk Refuge. Get up close and personal with Jackson Hole’s resident herd of elk, numbering in the thousands.
Another fun family activity to do while visiting, the Cowboy Coaster takes riders up Snow King Mountain then winds down the mountain with twists, turns and incredible views providing an exhilarating ride for all. If you need more thrills, experience snow tubing just a few steps from the Cowboy Coaster.

FIREWORKS AND TORCHLIGHT PARADES FOR NEW YEAR’S EVE
Jackson Hole is the place to be to ring the new year. Torchlight parades and fireworks take place at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (6pm), Snow King Mountain (7 – 8pm) and Grand Targhee Resort (4 – 8pm) on December 31st.
