LARRY HARTENSTEIN
Chief Executive Officer

Larry was raised in Central NJ but quickly moved away to Canada, Alaska and New Zealand and landed in Jackson Hole in 2000.  Larry worked for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort for over 20 years before coming on as the CEO of LPJH.  Larry’s belief in creating relationships and always being an ambassador to our wonderful valley lends itself well to ensuring our clients, homeowners and staff are well looked after.

You can catch Larry hiking in the summers and skiing in the winters when not at work.  Larry tries to get in a 100 mile international backpack every fall and enjoys travelling, biking, running and rafting.  He has skied over 170 ski areas around the world and has hiked almost every trail in Grand Teton and Yellowstone, just ask and he will give you all of the insider information!

REID MATTHEWS
Financial Controller

Reid grew up in Greenville, South Carolina, where he earned a BA degree from Furman University in 2010. Reid first came to Jackson that summer to work on a ranch before moving to Madrid, Spain, in the fall. After a year of living in Madrid, Reid returned to Jackson and began his career in luxury property management. As General Manager, Reid works closely with homeowners and guests alike to create an unmatched and unforgettable experience in Jackson Hole.

Outside of work, Reid enjoys running, cycling, playing piano, and traveling. In addition to living in Spain, Reid has also lived in Loja, Ecuador, and has traveled extensively in more than forty countries.

EMMA WEDEL
Vacation Rental Manager

Real Estate Sales Associate

Emma grew up in Minnesota and studied Tourism and Hospitality Management at North Dakota State University. Emma came to Jackson to work on a ranch before deciding to join our team and call Jackson home. In her role as Vacation Rental Manager, Emma works closely with guests to ensure their entire stay exceeds expectations.

When she’s not at work, Emma can be found hiking with her dog, travelling, camping and trying new restaurants around town.

CLAY ERWIN
Caretaking Manager

Clay grew up in Birmingham, Alabama; he earned a BS in Education from the University of Mississippi. After a 25 year career in sales and marketing with a natural gas utility company, Clay decided to relocate to Jackson, Wyoming, where he lives with his wife, Nancy. Clay and Nancy have been married for 35 wonderful years.

Outside of work Clay enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and hiking.

GABY PEREZ
Housekeeping Manager

Gaby has lived in Jackson Hole for the past 18 years, where she has worked in and led housekeeping departments across the valley. Starting as a supervisor at Hotel Terra, she eventually became their housekeeping manager before assuming leadership of housekeeping at Amangani 5 years ago. Now, as LPJH’s Housekeeping Manager, she brings her extensive industry experience to elevate our home care to new heights.

Outside of work, Gaby loves cooking and especially enjoys preparing Mexican food.

LINDLEY KUNCE
Reservations and Guest Services Agent

Lindley was born and raised in Michigan and graduated with a BA in French Language and Literature from Oakland University. She brings eight years of hospitality industry experience to LPJH, much of that time spent in Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Park. As a Reservationist, Lindley is committed to making and inviting first impression to all our guests from booking inquiry to departure. 

Lindley enjoys hiking, running and camping with her husband and their two Australian Shepherds, and cross country skiing in the winter.

KATIE EMPEY
Reservations and Guest Services Agent

Katie was born and raised in Idaho Falls, where she graduated from Idaho Falls High School and attended Idaho State University.  Katie has experience in banking and medical reception. As a Field Agent, Katie is determined to make guests happy by ensuring all homes are ready for comfort and relaxation. 

Katie enjoys boating, fishing, and camping. She started learning photography this past spring, and likes taking portraits of her friends, family, and two dogs, Lapua and Bailee. 

MONICA KIND
Account Manager

Monica was born and raised in Santiago, Chile, where she grew up with seven siblings. She worked as a CNA in Chile before moving to the United States and starting a family in 1993. She has two adult daughters, Dominique and Nicole, who are the most important part of her life. Monica has worked in Jackson Hole since 1994 at a wide variety of jobs. She has worked as an owner of a Baskin Robbins franchise, a medical translator, a receptionist at an addiction recovery clinic, and an airport attendant. As a Caretaking Account Manager, she uses her considerable and wide-ranging experience to provide LPJH clients with optimal home care outcomes.

Out of work, she enjoys spending time at the lake, hiking, and doing any kind of hands-on art. All of the activities she enjoys are even better in the company of her family, the center of her world.

MATT REDDING
Caretaking Inspector

Matt was born and raised in Logan, Utah, where he earned his BS from Utah State University, and he recently moved to Jackson Hole with his lovely wife and two daughters. He has worked on various entrepreneurial endeavors throughout his life, mostly notably as a producer of an outdoor television program.  As the Caretaking Inspector, Matt brings prior property management experience and his attention to detail to all aspects of home care services.

When Matt is not working, he can be found spending time with his family outdoors, or fly fishing one of the area’s many rivers and streams.

DAVID NEVILLE

Manager

David was raised in Casper, Wyoming, as a fifth generation Wyomingite. He has been a resident of the Jackson Hole area since 1988. David and his wife Susie have been involved in Wyoming’s natural resources industry, the resort industry, tourism industry, and the real estate industry for the past 25 years. David’s many interests include hiking, hunting, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing.

TODD SEETON

Manager

A 26-year resident of Jackson, Todd Seeton represents Commission District 3, serving Lincoln, Sublette, Teton and Uinta counties. Seeton joined Mountain West Farm Bureau Insurance in 1995 as an Agency Manager. He is a long-term member of the Rotary Club of Jackson Hole and the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce. Among his favorite hobbies are outdoor activities with his family, hunting, fishing, backcountry skiing, and golf. Todd lives in Jackson with his wife, Laura.
