Dave has called Jackson home for 30+ years. During that time, he has employed his entrepreneurial spirit for ventures ranging from snow mobile trips to commercial real estate development, from real estate sales to property management. Through his involvement in real estate sales in Jackson Hole, Dave realized the need for expansion of the luxury home rental market in the area, and Luxury Properties Jackson Hole was born.

Dave lives in Jackson Hole with his wife, Susie. Dave enjoys hunting and snowmobiling in the wintertime.

JIM WALKER
Chief Executive Officer / Customer Experience Advocate

Jim was born in Wisconsin where he began his journey of connecting with and leading teams in a variety of private industries, state government, and entrepreneurial ventures. Jim is a very proud father of 4-daughters and 2-grandsons who plan to visit Jackson frequently to keep tabs on their Dad. Jim enjoys hunting, fishing, cross country skiing, and especially enjoys connecting to the energy that makes Jackson Hole a unique and magical place.

REID MATTHEWS
Chief Financial Officer / Responsible Broker

Reid grew up in Greenville, South Carolina, where he earned a BA degree from Furman University in 2010. Reid first came to Jackson that summer to work on a ranch before moving to Madrid, Spain, in the fall. After a year of living in Madrid, Reid returned to Jackson and began his career in luxury property management. As CFO, Reid works closely with homeowners and guests alike to create an unmatched and unforgettable experience in Jackson Hole.

Outside of work, Reid enjoys running, cycling, playing piano, and traveling. In addition to living in Spain, Reid has also lived in Loja, Ecuador, and has traveled extensively in more than forty countries.

MELISSA GOMEZ
Office Manager

Melissa joined Luxury Properties Jackson Hole in October of 2019 as our Office and Housekeeping Manager. Born and raised right here in town, she is a true Jackson Hole local and brings many years of customer service and office management experience to the LPJH team. Melissa strives to improve her skill set daily to be a great asset to LPJH and its clientele.

Outside of work, Melissa and her fiancé reside in Driggs, ID and can be found exploring the mountains, hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and fishing with their daughter, two sons, and dog, Luna.

J.D. WAGNER
Operations Coordinator

J.D. was born in Nebraska and raised in southern Wyoming where he earned his BA from the University of Wyoming in 2015.  J.D. worked in higher education and jewelry sales before shifting career paths and joining the LPJH team. Formerly in Reservations and Guest Services, J.D. has transitioned to a focus on LPJH’s Operations. His work in Operations focuses on refining internal communications and scheduling to ensure high-value services for our clients, as well as onboarding LPJH’s vacation rental homes for marketing.

Outside of work, J.D. loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Monica. He likes playing tabletop and video games, reading and writing science fiction, and enjoying the great outdoors.

EMMA WEDEL
Vacation Rental Manager

Real Estate Sales Associate

Emma grew up in Minnesota and is currently working towards a BA in Hospitality and Tourism Management through the University of Washington. Emma came to Jackson to work on a ranch before deciding to join our team and call Jackson home. In her new role as Vacation Rental Manager, Emma works closely with guests to ensure their entire stay exceeds expectations.

When she’s not at work, Emma can be found hiking with her dog, travelling, camping and trying new restaurants around town.

SHANNON BURGER
Reservations and Guest Services Agent

Shannon was born and raised on Florida’s Space Coast. She went to Florida State University for interior architecture and design, and after graduating decided to trade the beach for the mountains and head west to Montana to work on a ranch. She has found balance within her interests in western ranch culture, high end residential design and guest services working for LPJH and our Reservations Team.

In her free time Shannon enjoys hiking, riding horses and spending time with friends and family.

BRIAN BECK
Caretaking Supervisor

Brian grew up in Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison receiving a BS degree in economics.  Since then he has traveled to many countries and has lived in Chicago and Honolulu while working in the finance side of real estate then moving to Jackson WY in 2002.  Brian then owned a mortgage business in Wilson WY until 2008.  In 2008 he switched gears to property management and then real estate project management from 2015 to 2018.

Outside of work, Brian spends time with his wife Alyssa and son Waylon.  Outside of the family Brian is backcountry skiing and fly fishing for the elusive mature brown trout with pals.

CLAY ERWIN
Caretaking Supervisor

Clay grew up in Birmingham, Alabama; he earned a BS in Education from the University of Mississippi. After a 25 year career in sales and marketing with a natural gas utility company, Clay decided to relocate to Jackson, Wyoming, where he lives with his wife, Nancy. Clay and Nancy have been married for 35 wonderful years.

Outside of work Clay enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and hiking.

SAM HAACK
Caretaking Inspector

Sam grew up in Upstate New York and attended boarding school at Kent School in Connecticut. He recently graduated with degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Sam has worked in insurance and finance, and he boasts prior experience in hospitality and property management in Wisconsin and at Martha’s Vineyard. Joining LPJH as a home inspector and assistant caretaker, Sam brings his eye for efficiency and value to our clients.

Sam’s personal interests include researching finance and real estate, reading, and enjoying the outdoors by skiing, golfing, and rowing.

DOUGLAS HOWARD
Associate Broker

Doug and his lovely wife Mandy have lived in Jackson for over 35 years. During that time Doug has been involved in the management of many luxury properties and homeowners associations. Additionally, Doug has been involved in the development and construction of one of the largest and most prominent buildings in the valley, Pearl at Jackson, a LEED Silver Mixed use property in the heart of town. As Associate Broker, Doug focuses on fostering close, meaningful relationships with homeowners as well as providing an unmatched level of personalized service.

Mandy and Doug love to travel, especial to the UK, as Mandy is from Wiltshire, England.

Manager

David was raised in Casper, Wyoming, as a fifth generation Wyomingite. He has been a resident of the Jackson Hole area since 1988. David and his wife Susie have been involved in Wyoming’s natural resources industry, the resort industry, tourism industry, and the real estate industry for the past 25 years. David’s many interests include hiking, hunting, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing.

TODD SEETON

Manager

A 26-year resident of Jackson, Todd Seeton represents Commission District 3, serving Lincoln, Sublette, Teton and Uinta counties. Seeton joined Mountain West Farm Bureau Insurance in 1995 as an Agency Manager. He is a long-term member of the Rotary Club of Jackson Hole and the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce. Among his favorite hobbies are outdoor activities with his family, hunting, fishing, backcountry skiing, and golf. Todd lives in Jackson with his wife, Laura.
