Every residence in our portfolio is looked after by staff who live in the valley through mud season and through February. They are the ones who meet you at the door, who know the quirks of the boiler, and who will tell you honestly whether the pass is worth driving that afternoon.

Rentals are half of what we do. The other half is caretaking — the quiet, unglamorous work of keeping a house in Jackson Hole sound through a winter you are not here for.
