The Area
Between Hill and Town
The corridor is the tree-lined run of the Village road — Highway 390 — between the Highway 22 junction and Teton Village, and the two communities that grew up along it among golf fairways, ponds and the aspen and pine stands that named them. Neither resort nor town, it is the settled ground between the two, with the Snake running close along its east side behind a screen of cottonwoods.
In winter the corridor quietly becomes one of the valley’s best addresses for people who ski more than one way: the golf course grooms into a nordic track, moose drop into the willow bottoms along the road, and the bus runs the corridor to the tram all day — which means teenagers get themselves to the mountain and nobody circles a parking lot.
Our residences here are built for the split-week family: ski mornings, town evenings, and about 10 minutes to either. There is a market, a deli and a coffee counter inside the corridor itself, so the days that never leave the neighborhood — nordic laps, the pool, an early tee time — take care of themselves.

Winter
Fairways to Track
The golf course grooms into nordic track — skate and classic laps out the door — while the bus runs the corridor to the tram all day. Moose winter in the willows; give them the road.
Spring
The Thaw in Order
Snow leaves the fairways weeks before it leaves the mountain, so April here means morning skiing and afternoon walks on bare pavement. The ponds open, and the birds come back.
Summer
Green Season
Golf from June, tennis and pools inside the communities, and the paved pathway running both directions — the Village for dinner one way, the river dike the other.
Autumn
The Namesake Month
The aspens that named the place go gold through late September. Tee times come easily, the corridor empties out, and the elk bugle within earshot of the back nine.
