Good to Know
No garage — outdoor parking only on the circular gravel driveway. Tight for more than two vehicles. The driveway may narrow in winter due to snow conditions.
Per HOA regulations, no swimming or fishing is permitted in the on-property pond.
Two of the four bedrooms (South Wing Guest Bedroom 2 and the North Wing Primary Suite) do not include televisions. Streaming is available on the central living-area TV and in the two other guest rooms.
Wildlife is regularly present in the area. Guests should follow common-sense distancing and never approach or feed any animal.
