The home features modern concrete construction, making its way through to the radiant heated floors and walls of the interior living space, which are complemented with inviting elements and finishes to provide warmth and balance to the space. Modern decor highlighting light-hearted Western themes is prevalent throughout the home and grounds guests with a definite sense of place. Plush bathrobes are provided in each bedroom for each guest.
The home is comprised of 8 Bedrooms and 11 Bathrooms. The main floor features a well-appointed kitchen with high-end appliances. Master is located upstairs with a gorgeous on suite bathroom and 2 walk in closets. When staying in the master bedroom feel free to have your own private cup of coffee before joining the others or settle into the office and turn on the remote fireplace if seclusion is what you’re after. Off the master bedroom have access to your own private lounging area and gas fireplace to keep you warm when taking in the gorgeous sunsets all year around.
Two other bedrooms are located on the top floor, along with a sitting area and Pool table that is also accompanied by a large gas fireplace. The two Bedrooms each have their own on-suite bathrooms for added privacy. Both bedrooms have access to a laundry room and half kitchen for their own private use as well.
On the lower level of the home lays two more bedrooms, both with on-suite private bathrooms. The “caretaking room” has a full kitchen and its own private entry from the driveway. Perfect for a traveling nanny or chef to join you on your stay.
The lower level includes a private full gym, spa, massage room, steam room, and lap pool that is humidified.
The lower floor features a media and entertainment room with games and books, and an additional bedroom containing two twin beds and a working desk, with a large adjoining bathroom. The twin beds can be combined upon request to form a king bed for added flexibility.
An outdoor jacuzzi with expansive mountain views is accessible off the main floor living room. Radiant heated exterior walkways keep areas around the home snow free where it matters most. The home also features a heated 1-car attached garage with gated entry that shared with the main home on the estate and additional off-street parking.
Apart from the main 5-bedroom house is the Panda Ranch Guest house “The Vault”. With its own 1 car garage and private entries from the main house pool, spa, and gym area. Guests can enjoy this 3-bedroom 3 bath home secluded from the main house activities. On the main floor guests have access to the full kitchen, TV area and gas fireplace sitting area. The balcony just off from the kitchen has a private hot tub, BBQ, and sitting area overlooking the Tetons.
The bedrooms on the main floor are both king bedrooms with walk in closets and ensuite bathrooms. Each bathroom in the guest house has remote controlled heated bidet wash system. Downstairs you will find another TV theater area that is adjacent to the twin bedroom. This twin bedroom has direct access to the garage and its own ensuite bathroom as well.
