Jackson Hole and Teton Cheat Code

We had an amazing Autumn get away to Teton Refuge. It is perfectly located: 8 minutes from airport, 15 minutes to town, 20 minutes to Jenny lake or 1.5 hours to Yellowstone. The whole first floor has breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Teton Range. We took so many pictures of the view, but none of them do justice to the majestic landscape. Even on the cloudiest days, the view was remarkable, as the sun seemed to radiate from the valleys. We saw herds of elk everyday and moose a few time. Every morning, I had coffee by the fire and watched the mountains come to life while the kids slept downstairs. Downstairs there is a large sectional with a TV, pool/ping pong table and bar modeled after the million dollar bar in town. It is cool and cozy in the downstairs bedrooms, I haven’t had that deep of sleep in along time. There were many amenities we didn’t take advantage of this trip: a large, heated outdoor kitchen and a gas fire pit on the deck. The kitchen was well appointed with all the essentials and lots of extras for preparing meals. The gas range is impressive and has heat lamps and a warming drawer if you are cooking for a big group. The internet was easy to connect and very fast. There were baskets full of blankets in all the living areas, the house was a comfortable temperature but this was a nice touch. Our whole family was able to rest and restore in this very special town and home. The house was perfect, the cool misty days were magical and the crowds were minimal. We feel like we found the cheat code. We are counting the days until we can return.

Teton Refuge - Beautiful Home

The house we rented through LPJH was absolutely fantastic and even prettier than the online pictures . It was filled with beautiful artwork and so well appointed. The location was perfect and we enjoyed many a meal sitting on the back deck, enjoying the beautiful weather. The last day we were treated to 2 moose in the yard.

Unbelievable Beautiful

This home was unbelievably beautiful, very well equipped, clean and very spacious for our family of seven. And the views were beyond amazing plus having elk in the backyard every day was so fun! We had the best vacation I believe so far and this home had a lot to do with it, we will definitely rent this home again!

Jaw-Droppingly Gorgeous Views

Teton Refuge is a fantastic vacation home. The views are jaw-droppingly gorgeous, the location is perfect for exploring the parks, and the home is decorated with elegance and comfort. Everything in the home is in impeccable condition. The beds were cozy and comfortable, there were multiple living areas for hanging out, including an amazing outdoor deck with Teton views, and the kitchen was very well equipped. It is obvious this is a well-loved and well-cared-for home, with many personal touches, and it was the perfect place for our family of six adults and one infant. We felt very lucky to stay there and hope to return!

Ready to plan a return trip

My wife and I have visited the Grand Tetons and Jackson Hole several times but this is the first time we have come in the fall. This home is the perfect place to take in the beautiful autumn colors with the added benefit of watching the elk walk behind the property as they migrate to the Elk preserve. The home is pristine and the backyard patio with the fire pit made the perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We can\'t wait to return and bring our grandchildren with us.

Best of Jackson Hole

We were so lucky to find this beautiful home, in spotless condition in a nice quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms were spacious and it was amazing to sit by a fire in the living room and look out to see the elk wander by. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space for the kids to play downstairs while the adults played cards upstairs. It was hard to leave this home with such a spectacular view

Perfect Home for Multiple Family Ski Trip

Our family of 5 joined another family of 4 and had the best time at Teton Refuge! The home has plenty of room. We even said we could have easily invited another group to join us. With multiple living spaces and spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms it was just perfect. The best part of all was the ever present view that constantly pulled us in. From having coffee in the morning to relaxing by the fireplace after a fun day out on the slopes, the view was magnificent and invited us to unwind and enjoy the ever-present awe of the Tetons.
