The Cottonwoods sits on an elevated bluff above the Snake River, just south of Jackson near Hoback Junction — a five-bedroom retreat built for the way big groups and families actually travel together. Two kitchens, a self-contained lower level, and eight beds across five bedrooms mean everyone has room to spread out without leaving the house.

The main level lives toward the water: a full kitchen and a dining table for eight open onto a wraparound deck, while the great room gathers around a wood-burning fireplace beneath tall river-facing windows. The primary suite is a warm retreat dressed in hand-drawn wildlife toile, with a pebble-stone walk-in shower and dual vanities.

What sets The Cottonwoods apart is its set of character rooms. The Fly Fishing Room celebrates the region's world-renowned water with hand-drawn fly-lure walls; the Ski Run Room captures the spirit of classic mountain lodges; the Bunk Room is built for the kids, with full-over-full bunks and a trunk full of games; and The Overlook is a private attic retreat with its own living room and a window seat framing the Snake River valley.

A private hot tub, a fenced backyard, and world-class fly fishing on the Snake and Hoback Rivers round out a property made for gathering — with Astoria Hot Springs and the Snake River Sporting Club just up the road.
